Plaster Calculator Update

I've just updated the Plaster Calculator with a slightly improved UI and clearer ability to change units.  I'm also recommending that people use @earlyamericanrobotpottery's formula, so I've listed it first.  In my experience, Keith's formula is both simple and accurate.
